Noel Gibb has just completed working for Cambian group as a Director for Education and Care. [January – June 2016]. Cambian group are a leading provider of adult and children’s services: including mental health, specialist education, children’s residential and fostering. Noel was responsible for the management of a number of autism schools, colleges, children’s and residential homes in the south of England. Noel worked closely with their senior management teams to ensure they continued to deliver quality outcomes.

Over the last 10 years NGA ltd has been approached to carry out a range of consultancy work.
- NGA was asked by a Local Authority in the west of England to carry out a review of their SEN provision and recommend alternative models
- NGA was approached by a London based social enterprise to design a model for the operational and strategic management of an adult disability centre in West London to be run by people with disability
- NGA was sponsored by a group of parents from Cyprus to assess level of need for autism provision and produce a report
- NGA was commissioned by a leading national disability charity to review their Post 16 provision in the east of England and design a new curriculum and progression pathways.
- NGA has currently been contracted to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of a disability charity delivering education in the centre of England.
- NGA has also been asked to provide education management consultancy and support for a SEN school in north London which was recently awarded a ‘Requires Improvement’ by the education Inspectorate, Ofsted.
